Carolyn Jeyaseelan

In January 2009, Carolyn was promoted to Director of Accounting and Assurance Services. As Director, Carolyn's primary responsibility is to manage the day to day operations of the Accounting and Assurance department. This role includes allocating and monitoring staff resources, recruiting, training and managing staff, providing performance feedback, and the implementation of various departmental initiatives. In addition to her responsibilities as Director, Carolyn continues to manage a number of engagements, providing clients with accounting, assurance and business advisory services.

 Carolyn joined Taylor Leibow on a co-op term from Brock University in 1998 and was hired on full-time in January 2001 upon obtaining her Bachelor of Accounting degree with first class standing. Carolyn obtained her CA designation in December 2002, and in early 2003 was promoted to Manager. During this time Carolyn managed the majority of the firm's clients in the not-for-profit sector and became a specialist in this area.

Carolyn resides in Stoney Creek with her husband and is currently the Treasurer of the VON South Central Ontario Foundation. In her spare time, Carolyn enjoys spending time with family, friends and reading a good novel.
